I've been trying to reach out to this company for three weeks now. All I get are automated email replies. Nobody has reached out to me. I ordered two pet portraits, used the skip-the-line option for both, and even tipped my artist. When the order arrived, the portraits were both fantastic, but one of them was wrong. This is where Impersonate Me really falls short. There’s no customer support. All communication is done via email, and I’m really let down. I did get my corrected portrait, but it came way too late, and I haven’t heard back from them since. It feels like once they get your order, that’s the end of their customer service.
